You will drive the product quality in all areas and not just be a clicker. You will be a gardener of our automation suite and quality safety-net for our teams.
There are many plates our QA team spins. You will write automated tests (our engineers write them too) and extend our monitoring by writing simple python scripts. You will also keep your eagle eye on the process to double-check the team did not forget anything quality-related. Occasionally you will work with engineering teams in USA and India. It’s OK if you don’t know all technologies as long as you’re willing to learn.
Your team values self-organization over management and bureaucracy. The daily language is Czech, but you need to able to switch to English anytime.
