We started as a start-up Brand Embassy and just recently become part of the market leader NICE CXone.
Despite being part of a big company, we still preserve an informal free startup culture and have fun together – a cinema, gym, drinks, you name it. Autonomy, accountability, pro-activity, and strive for personal growth are principles we value over micromanagement and control. You can take as much home-office as you need, finish earlier, or even work from an exotic country.
Our engineering teams located worldwide build an ecosystem of products for contacts centers, coupled as a single enterprise-grade suite – CXone. We connect agents with customers via 30+ digital channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, email, chat,…), while improving customer experience and a contact center efficiency.
The Czech Republic office focuses primarily on three products – Chat, ChatBot Builder, and Care Platform.
