The product & technology

Our team works on the Digital Customer Service product of the CXone suite. In a very simplified perspective, our product is a huge inbox filled with messages downloaded from all possible places – social networks, chat apps, email, etc. Support agents managing the inbox have a unified view on conversations with their clients, enriched by customer-specific data pulled from their CRMs.

We build a JavaScript app using React, TypeScript. Underhood, there is a PHP backend with micro-services, RabbitMQ, and Elastic Search as primary storage. The app runs in AWS cloud where we also use AWS API Gateway, Lambda, Kinesis stream, or ECS.
